Expansion at East Village Update
We are excited to share an update on the progress of our expansion space! Check out some of our new renderings, so you can know what to expect from our new space in just one month from now.
All of the walls are up and the sweet smell of fresh paint is definitely in the air at the Hartford Building. Our contractors have all moved at the speed of light to keep our project on time, which seems like an impossible feat these days. So what does that mean exactly?
We want to you to come check out the progress our team is making and get a feel for the space. So, we will offer both morning and afternoon group construction tours on Tuesday, August 3rd and again on Thursday, August 5th. To sign up for one of our group tours, please click here.
We will begin pre-leasing all of our private offices and team suites on Friday, August 6th at 8:00 a.m. Everyone who is on our reservation list at that time will receive an e-mail from our team with the option to choose your specific private office or team suite. We will require a completed membership agreement and security deposit to complete the process and place a hold on your office or team suite. Be sure to act fast, as these will be on a first come, first serve basis. We expect these to go quickly, as we currently have over 30 companies on our reservation list. On Monday, August 9th at 8:00 a.m. we will open up the remaining private offices and team suites to everyone else.
To join the reservation list, please click here.
What can you expect to see?
Our new hospitality bar will feature a full craft coffee shop experience with premium espresso drinks and various small food options, like pastries and bagels, to get your morning started off right. At almost 15,000 square feet, our new space will include 5 conference rooms, 27 Private Offices ranging from 2 to 6-person in size, “Team Suites” that can accommodate larger teams of 10 to 25 people, dedicated height-adjustable desks, shared lounge areas, with cozy seating options, a large bookable training room, free parking, and walkable restaurants less than a minute away.
We could not be more excited to open up our new space and to serve even more professionals and teams in our great city. We definitely have much more up our sleeve in Tulsa, and Oklahoma, so be sure to stay tuned for more news in the coming months.
