You will receive an automatic email notification when we receive your mail. From there, you can view your mail through our digital mailbox app.
- Request a picture of your mail
- Open & scan

- Within the mobile app, submit a request for a specific piece of mail to be forwarded.
- Provide the forwarding address and review postage fees.
- Accept and pay postage fees directly through the mobile app with the payment method saved on file.
- Our team will handle the rest! We'll make sure that your mail is forwarded as quickly as possible.
If you are enrolled in a monthly billing plan, you may cancel your membership at anytime, by providing at least 15-days notice to your Community Manager. If you are enrolled in an annual billing plan, you may cancel your membership at any time, however we do not issue refunds for ending your membership early.
Yes! You can start on a monthly plan and upgrade your account to an annual plan at any time.
Setting up a virtual mailbox address only takes a few minutes. Once your subscription starts, you will be issued a welcome email with your account and mailbox address. At this time, you may begin giving out your new address. However, we cannot process your incoming mail until we have received your completed USPS Form 1583.
There are extra fees for mail, depending on your service plan. You can review the plans and additional services for our locations here.
You can schedule your mail to be picked up Monday - Thursday, 9:00am - 4:00pm, and on Friday's from 9:00am - 3:00pm
Yes. After subscribing and gaining access to your services, you will need to complete the USPS Form 1583. The USPS Form 1583 is needed to establish a private mailbox in the United States. Most people are able to complete their form the same day they sign up.
