Our Team Pass is a flexible membership designed for teams who want shared access to workspace and meeting rooms. Needing more day passes or meeting room hours? No worries, we are happy to customize your plan to fit your team's ever-evolving needs.
- 12 Day Passes (shared across your team)
- 10 hours of Meeting Room credits
Yes — the Team Pass requires a minimum of 2 team members.
Our Team Pass membership is month to month. If you'd like to cancel, you can do so by letting your community manager know before the 15th of the month. Members will be billed for an additional month if notified after the 15th.
During normal business hours, Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm & Friday 8am-3:30pm
Need more passes or hours than what your bundle includes? No problem. Team Pass members get a discounted day pass and meeting room rate of 25% off for any add-ons you need during the month.
If you notice you consistently need more of either of the above, chat with your CM to adjust your bundle.
No, unfortunately we do not offer days or hours to rollover to the next month.
Absolutely! If they're not included in your team pass membership, they will just need to purchase a day pass when they arrive at the location. If you have a meeting room booked, your guests are more than welcome to join you at no cost for the duration of your meeting!
Definitely! All memberships come with access to all Root locations. For billing purposes your membership will be assigned to a Home Base, so if you decide that you want to spend more time at a different location, no problem! Simply let your Community Manager know.
