We've got answers
Our Student membership is month to month. If you'd like to cancel, you can do so by letting your community manager know before the 15th of the month. Members will be billed for an additional month if notified after the 15th.
Student members receive 24x7 access to their Home Base location, and normal business hours access to all other Root locations (Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm & Friday 8am-3:30pm).
We are not a library, however we do ask that you step in to a chat booth to take longer calls so that you don't bother those around you.
You must be half-time or full-time enrolled at a college or university in order to qualify. Students must submit a Verification of Enrollment to the Community Manager every semester.
Once you graduate, if you choose to stay at The Root, we’ll simply transition your membership to our full-time pricing for the membership of your choice!
Absolutely! They will just need to purchase a day pass when they arrive at the location. If you have a meeting room booked, your guests are more than welcome to join you at no cost for the duration of your meeting!
Definitely! All memberships come with access to all Root locations. For billing purposes your membership will be assigned to a Home Base, so if you decide that you want to spend more time at a different location, no problem! Simply let your Community Manager know.
