We've got answers
Our Dedicated Desk membership is month to month. If you'd like to cancel, you can do so by letting your community manager know before the 15th of the month. Members will be billed for an additional month if notified after the 15th.
DD's come with 24/7 access, so you can work anytime day or night.
Every Dedicated Desk Membership comes equipped with 6-hours of complimentary meeting room credits per month, plus $10 in monthly printing credits. Credits refresh on the first of every month, and unused credits do not roll over to the next month. DD Members also receive our Member Preferred Rate discount of 25% off additional meeting room bookings, day offices, and day passes for guests.
Every plan unlocks 24/7 secure entry, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, chat booths for private calls, stocked kitchens and lounges, community events, wellness programs and member-only partner discounts. Some of our locations also feature private event space, bike racks, showers and dog-friendly policies.
We are not a library, however we do ask that you step in to a chat booth to take longer calls so that you don't bother those around you.
Absolutely! They will just need to purchase a day pass when they arrive at the location. If you have a meeting room booked, your guests are more than welcome to join you at no cost for the duration of your meeting!
While your membership includes a dedicated desk at your home base location, you may also access the shared spaces in all of our other locations.
