Located in North Downtown Omaha’s Builders District, The Root – Builders is one of our most expansive and versatile environments, thoughtfully designed with abundant natural light by day, and a warm, elevated ambiance by night. With flexible gathering areas, a private theatre-style event space, and an inviting kitchenette for seamless catering and hospitality, the space balances comfort with intention. Whether you’re hosting an intimate corporate gathering, or large scale event, this space creates an atmosphere that feels connected, welcoming, and inspiring.
The Junction is a grand room for large scale meetings, events, panels, and presentations. This room can accommodate up to 60 people and is equipped with a large screen display wall, an elevated stage with seating and a podium, theatrical lighting, and full AV capabilities.
At 4,000 square feet, our first-floor event space offers room to gather, collaborate, and celebrate in a setting that feels intentional and welcoming. Guests enjoy access to our open lounge areas, the Junction event room for more structured programming, and a convenient kitchenette for catering and hospitality needs.

Our first-floor event space spans approximately 4,000 square feet, offering flexible layouts for everything from seated dinners and panels to standing receptions and large networking events.
Capacity depends on layout. We can comfortably host intimate gatherings of 20 or scale up to larger events of 100 guests. We’re happy to help determine the best setup for your event style.
