Our #1 priority at The Root Coworking is the health and safety of our members, staff, and anyone that walks in to our space. To learn more about our current Covid-19 policies, procedures & guidelines, check out our response plan below.
Keeping our community safe
We know how important it is to feel safe in your workspace, which is why our team is working diligently to create and ensure a safe and healthy environment for everyone. We have developed the following response plan that will help us to operate safely & securely during the Covid-19 pandemic.
- All Root Coworking staff are required to wear a mask while interacting with members and guests, handling food and beverage items, and moving about the space. Our staff is also required to be fever-free before entering our space. If any staff are feeling sick, they are required to stay home.
- Members, visitors, and guests will not be required to wear a mask, however we strongly encourage people to wear a mask while moving about and utilizing the common areas of our space.
- Our staff and cleaning crew is performing regular cleaning procedures throughout the day to help prevent the spread of any germs. We have sanitation stations placed throughout our space, and cleaning supplies for members to sanitize their workspace.
- We ask that our members notify us immediately if you or anyone on your team tests positive for Covid-19, and for anyone who has been exposed to this person, please quarantine at home for 5-days if possible.
Finally, as this is a complicated situation, these plans might change, and if so, we’ll let you know. As we update or make changes to our policies, procedures or approach, we will continue to update this plan and notify our members accordingly.
