Meet Frank Hamlin, our Member of the Month! Frank Hamlin is the Founding Principal, Mediator, and Arbitrator of Hamlin Dispute Resolution, LLC. His firm operated out of Little Rock for many years until he and his wife, Betty Lou, relocated to Fayetteville in April 2025 to be closer to their family.
With the move, Frank transitioned the firm’s headquarters to our Fayetteville location, becoming one of the first members to sign on at The Root – Fayetteville.
Frank has quickly become an integral part of our community. His steady presence, deep expertise, and dedication to his craft are truly inspiring, and we’re proud to have him here.
What is your favorite part about being a member of The Root Coworking?
My favorite part is the facility itself. It is a perfect set up for a small business. There is not another facility in Arkansas that is comparable to the Fayetteville office. Additionally, Cjay Crespo and Kelsey Ryder are superb. They handle all details and are supportive of everyone.
What is your work story?
I have been a professional mediator and arbitrator for the last 30 years. I started giving up my profession as an attorney and became a part-time mediator in 1992 under the direction of John Rothman, a longtime attorney and mediator in Tulsa. I became full-time as a third-party neutral
in 1998. Our firm conducts mediations and arbitrations in Arkansas and surrounding states. My current firm Hamlin Dispute Resolution, LLC has been in business since 2010. We have had various mediators with our firm over the years. Our firm has always operated from Little Rock until the beginning of April, 2025. My wife, Betty Lou, and I moved to Fayetteville to be closer to our daughter, her husband and their four young children. Our firm’s main office is now based in the new Root Coworking facility in Fayetteville. I enjoy it so much here.
